By downloading or using Crown Prix (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

Crown Prix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple Watch devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in Crown Prix — including but not limited to graphics, animations, track layouts, audio, and code — is the property of Crown Prix and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Formula 1 circuit layouts in the App are artistic interpretations based on publicly available geographic data. Crown Prix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1, FIA, or any F1 team.

4. Pricing

Crown Prix is free to download with no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertisements. The App is distributed through the App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

5. Game Center

Crown Prix integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboard functionality. Your use of Game Center is governed by Apple's terms and conditions.

6. Disclaimer

Crown Prix is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Prix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
